I find large number of people wanting to own a piece of land somewhere near their home town or living place. People are actually caught in a maze trying to find a plot.Back in the seventies and eighties nobody ever thought about real estate as a big business because land was bought either to build a house or do agriculture basically.But now it has become a huge money spinning business where a large section of people are benefited from a single deal like brokers(this would include your guy on the street who irons to the high court judge),surveyors,VAOs,sub registrars,engineers,local dhadhas,rowdies,politicians,etc...You dont require a qualification to do real estate but sheer attitude and guts.
